- 2025/03: Popular science lecture — Exploring AI, leading the future of technology [report]
Dr. Longbiao Chen outlined the state and trends of AI, national AI strategy, and industry paths for large-model-driven digital-twin platforms. For Zhangzhou’s AI ecosystem, he discussed government–industry–university–user collaboration, enabling SMEs and talent development. He also discussed an “AI jury” idea for deliberation and ethics. About 200 people attended.
